Delivery Charges

At lingerieplease we charge a flat £2.95 for UK deliveries. Overseas orders cost £8.

We are also now offering a VIP delivery; you pay £3.50 for unlimited FREE shipping for one whole year!

Delivery timescales

We show live stock levels on the website. In stock items are dispatched the same day if they are ordered before 4pm (the next working day for orders after 4pm). If an item is out of stock then we order them from the supplier and dispatch them to you within 24 hours of receiving them.

Deliveries usually take 1-3 working days to arrive for UK orders and 2-3 weeks for overseas orders.

If items do not arrive

For UK orders: If 3 weeks elapses and your order has not arrived please contact your local sorting office. If they don’t have your order please contact us.

For non UK orders:- Depending on your local postal system non UK deliveries can take 1-4 weeks to arrive. If your products have not arrived within 2 weeks then they are probably passing through customs. If they have not arrived after 4 weeks then please contact us and we can help you.
